    hi tonya, thanks for your prayers. i am having this generalized feeling of the pukes for about 3 or 4 days now. and weird headache. i pretty much ate crackers and vernors yesterday and it controlled it but it's still there. maybe it's just too much work and not enough play? i'll live. thanks for asking
