2. Eat 1/2 meals when dining out.
3. Drink 16 ounces of water right after my last cup of morning coffee.
4. Stretch.
5. Read my Bible daily.
6. An apple 10 minutes before lunch.
7. Breakfast.
8. Wearing a hat when it's cold.
9. Breathing properly ie deeply enough.
10. Get a physical.

If you eat more slowly and chew more thoroughly, you will lose weight without even trying. (I'm stating this for myself...especially since I've become accustomed to inhaling my food while on the run. At work, I often find myself sitting on the very edge of my seat - ready to jump up at a moment's notice to do some stat bloodwork. Work eating is definitely NOT conducive to weight loss!
I think I'll adopt all of your fixes - except for number 3. I don't drink coffee --but I could still drink the water.
And are you the one to whom margie refers when she says that her friend needs to go to a doctor?!?!?!
Good list...except for the hat I just can't make myself wear one, I look horrible in a HAT!!! Just finishing my morning coffee will now go guzzle a gallon of water...cheers! Did you have a good vacation?

Im working on a few of the same-breathing and water...both are helping alot with muscle tension in my back!
