On the lookout for this coffee table. There's a similiar one on QVC for $131, never ordered from QVC so I'm hesitant... |

Sample room: Sherwin Williams Tidewater Blue paint. P.S. I need those paintings. |

C.S.Lewis Room last Christmas |

This chair is my boyfriend. He's too expensive but I lurv him. |

This chair is my 99% choice for the living/C.S. Lewis Room. |

Reminder, this is the daybed I'm using in place of a traditional sofa. I ordered a chocolate brown quilted cover set. |
I think I'll put everything in place and paint after the holidays so I'm not losing my mind. In the meantime, I am going to lose my mind minus the painting. Thoughts?

Can you find a round wooden kitchen table and shorten the legs .. giving it a similar paint treatment? Should be very inexpensive to do.
Love your ideas, even the chairs! ;-) Personally, I could not live with that blue color; I'm just not a 'blue' person. I have decided I just have to embrace this 'lodge' look because doing something with this horrid paneling is cost prohibitive. Terry, wherever you are in heaven, and whatever you're doing.......I STILL HATE THIS PANELING!!!! Just so you know baby! Now, back to your room Sara; really like that day bed, especially the storage!
I love the color...you know that I am a blue person... since your whole life long I have had blue somewhere in this house! Lol. If he wasn't so expensive I would steal your boyfriend!!! Oh, and please invite me for coffee when this room is complete...we can sit and bask in it's loveliness!
I love the table too! I love white furniture with wood trim/accents....don't think I would care for the blue either but of course I went green in my blue/green room...like the second chair with no arms....
