Great Is Thy Faithfulness

Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father; There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not;
As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be.

Refrain

Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see, All I have needed Thy hand hath provided;
Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!

Summer and winter and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness, To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.

Refrain

Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth;
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!

Refrain

i'm glad everyone is home safely but all i can think about is the fact that thomas chisholm was born when andrew johnson was president, yet was still alive when my dad was born. i mean...

this is why i can never get anything done.

He is faithful!
I rejoice with all of you!
...wish I lived closer so I could hear all the stories and see all the photos!!

....and what's up with me being born the same year as Tina's Dad?

he was born in 38. i just tend get amazed by stupidness... like the fact that he could have known someone who was around for the civil war. its like, worlds are colliding or something.
i'm certain no one else is impressed by that, but i'm quite easily entertained and often blow my own mind.

setting the record straight...I was not born in '38. I was born in '60.
