Herb But No Peaches

I have planted lemon balm
and mint.

Now what do I do with them?

Put them in a nice cup of tea or
they are really lovely as a garnish for all of those gourmet meals you prepare.
I must warn you the mint will take over... we have had it in our garden for years... the neighbors behind us planted it after having "mint juleps" at the Kentucky Derby.
Well those things spread under the fence to our yard! Smells wonderful!

iced tea.
tabbouleh.
mint chicken.

...three of my favorites.
I'm sure you can 'google' for the recipes.

sara ... just make sure to keep the mint in a container ... not planted directly in the ground ... lest you want it to overtake your yard and become a problem ... I like to rub a piece of spearmint across fresh watermelon ... a glass of iced tea with mint ... take some sprigs of herbs and wrap them in a piece of cheesecloth tying the end ... place under your running bath water ... for aromatherapy.
