3. Fattening salads...taco salad, potato salad, macaroni salad.
4. Wing Dings.
5. Meatballs.
6. Cheese.
7. Full fat desserts. (Not even for Christmas!)
8. Dorritos.
9. Lunchmeat.
10. Laxatives. (Not really. Maybe really. Not really. Unless I need to.)

I'm eating foods approved ny Weight Watchers...I finally rejoined yesterday. Hopefully it sticks this time.
